Alright, I didn't really know where to put this but, one of the new questions uploaded onto the RuneScape 2 Q & A board said something about trading accounts, I answered something about being illegal and it's more fun and rewarding to do it yourself.
I was wondering if I could get your guys opinions on it, should I report the question seen as it clearly breaks one of the RuneScape rules?

Somewhere at the bottom of the question it has links saying report bad question or something.
