Well of course they're real, but as for bein' real vampires, no because vampires are not real cause by now there would be many thousands of attacks nightly and dead bodies, it'd be like the crop circle phenomenon. These people have either watched too many vampire movies or are just emo/goth and have a bizzare taste for blood. But it's not like all humans don't like blood to some extent; people who eat medium rare or rare steak, that has blood in it.
As for vampires, no way they're real.
