They are new maps that might come out in January. They also needed for the new achievements.

The Mythic Maps are most probably released in January or Febuary as Bungie said something bout early 2009.

^ He lives somewhere different than you. It may be in Fall for us, but what about other parts of the world. I don't think you would know unless you looked into it.
