So, I got some new brushes of deviantART, and figured out how to scanlines, so tell me how this is:
I think Tinypic might have messed up the scanline...so, it wasn't intentionally wierd-looking.
Comment, rate, and tell me what else I should do to make it bettahr.

Okey, I made a better version, took out scanlines and made BG black... and other minor FX. Tell me if this is better or worse:
