Roleplay: The Tournament

Im sure you have seen these before, and you probaly never got your fight - so I shall try and be active, and hope that you do to.

I wont do a little opening thing - I don't have to, do I?

Plot;

A tournament; You fight untill the other person gives up, gets knocked out, or dies... Winners will advance to the winner catogorey and losers will get one more chance in the loser catogoey.

The skillfull warriors competing are battling to become the best warrior the world has ever seen, the battle and battle and battle untill one becomes victorious. The tournoment is hosted at a wasteland - But that isn't where they fight, they go into a world simulator, which creates battle feilds, from lush jungles to barren rocky areas. The tournoment is hosted by a old man called Scurub who has won the tournoment before.

Anywayyy the rules are;
1. Your not immortal.
2. Don't dogde every attack sent at you.
3. I expect yo to be active when your fighting, you have a five day time limit unless you have an excuse, otherwise your disqualifed.
4. No ring-outs.
5. Trasnformations and Absorbtions allowed (If you want to absorb, only do so if you have the other persons permisson)
6. Only two characters each.

Name: Babidi
Age: 203
Height: 5''1
Weight: 143lbs
Weapons: A small, lamp used to either send powerfull magic attacks out of, or used to drain an emeny of energy. Can sometimes be used in close-combat.
Techniques:Babidi is a wizard, so he has many Ki baised attacks; Chou no Ryoku(The attack is in the form of a thin piece of energy, which wraps around the victim sucking the energy out of them.) Hana Gaeshi Blasta (This is the ability to block a blast by putting your hands in front of your chest.) Mind Control (This is Babidi's ability to enslave anyone with evil in their heart. He uses this on many people, including Vegeta. When enslaved the person has the Majin symbol on their body.) Thunder Flash (Origonaly Pikkons move, Babidi has manipluated it. Babidi creates a blast of Thunder and Fire from his lamp, very powerfull) Energy Beam (A purple Ki blast, Blasted from Babidi's lamp OR hands)
Skills: Very good at Ki baised attacks, but he lacks in close combat, fairly speedy. His defence is high and can withstand many attacks. He has the abillity to teleport from one place to another.
History:

Personality: A very sarcastic and evil person, he doesn't usally listen to pleading and will finish off anyone who gets in his way, even though he is evil he is loyal and kind to those who like him.
History: Babidi is the son of Bibidi, the creator of Majin Buu. After Buu is sealed and his father is killed, he sets out to resurrect Buu to help him conquer the universe. Babidi manages to take over the minds of many strong warriors in order to help him achieve his goal. He was killed by Buu, and has been accidently revived by a human who collected the Dragon Balls.

Techniques: Ice Blast (Burter shoots a freezing cold Ki blast at immense speed, strong.) Burter Ball (Adapted from Jeices Crusher Ball Burter creates a Large Blue Ball and hurls it at the oppoment, speedy and strong.) Blue Hurricane (Burter moves so fast that he looks like a Blue Hurricane, he hits the victim about 45 times in the space of 2 seconds.) Ki Sword (Blue Ki forms around Burters hand, like a sword. Effective because Burter is speedy it is sure to hit)
Skills: Burter is VERYspeedy and strong, he is very hard to dodge and has deadly accuracy, however his defence is pretty low and he can't transform or become a Super Sayian.

Personality: Sly and cunning. He has a very large ego and likes to show off, many people think as him evil, but he isn't. He enjoys company, but can be hard to get along with.
History: The largest member of the Ginyu Tokusentai, Burter was a towering blue-skinned, reptilian humanoid with solid red eyes and a segmented crest of scales on his head. He possessed incredible speed, able to move faster than the speed of light, a talent which earned him the nickname "Blue Hurricane." After Vegeta stamped on his neck, he wasn't killed, A passing Namek revived him with his healing power.

I might as well give this a shot... But I think you need a plot of some kind.

Name: Sky

Age: 23

Sex: Female

Height: 5'11

Weight: 117 lbs.

Weapons: Blade of the 4 Winds. Sky collected this weapon and used it to save her world, and continued to use it. It's an ancient weapon shaped with a curve somewhere between that of a kantana, and that of a scimitar. This blade is enfused with the power of wind, and has 4 hidden powers within it. N: Wind of Pain, E: Wind of Binding, S: Barrier Wind, and W: Wind of Illusions. This sword also has small vents all over it than open when she has it out, and close just before striking to make it glide through the air as if it weighed nothing. Sky also carries two daggers on the back of her belt. Lastly, Sky carries a Desert Eagle, colored with swirls of gold and silver, forming an eagle on either side of tha handel. Sky calls it "Heaven's Eagle" and it fires powerful bullets made of pure light. When it runs out of ammo, Sky pulls the clip out, charges more light energy into it, and slides the clip back in for reduced reload time.

Skills: Sky has blinding speed, so much that if she pushes it as far as it can go, time literaly slows around her. Doing this, however, tires her out very quickly. Sky also has a hidden, angelic form that she only brings out when she has no other choice, allowing her to move even faster and increases her strength as well as give her command over the light element. She can also control wind currents and bend light into attacks and weapons at will.

Appearance: Sky has flame red hair, tied back into a ponytail with a few strands of hair hanging in front of her face. She has a long sleeve sky blue shirt on with a white winter vest, and dark green cargo pants and black tennis shoes. She also wears a loose red belt on which she keeps her daggers. Her sword is kept in a form-fitting sheath across her back, and her two daggers are kept in sheaths on the back of her belt. Her "Heaven's Eagle" is kept in a holster attached to her right thigh.

Personality: Sky is always upbeat and friendly. She rarely gets angry and is always trying to make everyone smile, but when she does get angry, she's nearly impossible to stop, no one can really stop her. She's never shy and always goes up and greets a person no matter who they are, she may be a bit too outgoing for her own good.

History: Sky got her sword just before killing Flame, king of her world. Since then, Sky has been trying to find out the secrets of a powerful power she holds within her, and expects that the vortex would help her control it. Her best friend is Fan, a girl from her world, that Sky believes she gets along with Fan since oppisites attract. Sky is also known as The Girl who can walk on Air, she grew up in a city called Cloud City, and her mother and father were killed by Flame shortly after Fan disappeared. Most of her powers were found out durring her long struggle against Flame, and all of her true abilites may not even be full revealed yet.


Name: Fan Nec(rom)

Age: 23

Height: 6'2

Weight: 125 lbs.

Weapons: A brother and sister sword combination, the first is called Kimaru, the brother sword, and is a regular sized sword with a knuckle gaurd on the handle and a slightly curved shape with instead of one smooth blade on it, it has a dozen large rippers on it, the sister is called Nardina, it is a very short sword, nearly a dagger that is held back wards and used for defence, it is double edged and has a chain hidden in the handle that can be used for a long distance attack. The chain is coated with a special darkened pain that makes the chain nearly unbreakable, and, even if broken, Fan can run some of her dark energy through it to make the chain repair itself. It's unknown how long the chain actually is, since Fan never seems to run out of slack while using it. When the two swords are used together in the right way, it's a deadly combo. Both were used by her mother untill Night Wave posessed Fan and forced her to kill her own mother, she found them shortly after she returned from other world after being killed. Lastly, Fan has a demonic shotgun that she calls The "Black Raptor". It's a black, pump-action shotgun with a blade that runs from the bottom of the barrel to the trigger gaurd, leaving space on the lever to pump the gun. It has carved onto one side of the barrel so that it looks like it's been scratched in, an outline of a raptor, the scratches in a blood red color. This gun can fire either slugs, or buckshot rounds that Fan can craft from her dark energy. The gun has a massive kick to anyone besides Fan, and fires incredibly powerful shots, capable of blowing through layers of stone and metal with ease.

Skills: Incredible speed, comparable, but slightly slower than Sky's. She has control of darkness and lightning, and, like Sky, she has a form, but hers is hellish, and deadly powerful. She is significantly (Physically) stronger than Sky. She can also use her dark or lightning energy to power her swords for a short period of time, and use it to shape ammo for her shotgun. Lastly, she can move fluidly when using her sword combination, almost as if she's one with the swords. Her technique with them is flawless, and hard to defeat. Her Fabled technique is the Darkness Lightning.

Appearance: Long black hair that reaches about halfway down her back, pitch black eyes, she also has an open black hooded jacket, with a red tank top with flames on it underneath it. She wears worn jeans, and a pair of blue sneakers. She doesn't really seem to care about how she looks, which is why her hair is simple and flat. The "Black Raptor" is slung over one shoulder, while Kimaru is slung over the other in a sheath, and Nardina is in a sheath, horzontal on the back of her belt.

Attitude: A bit of a dark personality, but she's also very kind and helps people whenever she can, but when angered, she attacks relentlessly, usually killing the person in less than a minute. She's scary when serious, but has a gentle side... hiding somewhere behinds her tendancy not to take crap from anyone.

History: Used to be one of the most feared beings in the universe, but now is trying to make up for everything bad she's done, but now she's stopped making up for what she's done to help her friends, she went through relentless training, going to the ends of the world to find new ways to train and has even developed her own fighting style. She's had to face the other side of her, Night Wave, managing to banish her, but she doesn't know for how long. She has quite a rivaly with Sky, but despite that, they're still best friends. Fan has one daughter, and a husband, who she never talks about. She's trained her daughter herself, and is proud of her abilities. Now she just wanders, looking for answers, about her family, and her power, but is at the end of her rope and running out of leads.

Name: Zack 'Silent Shadow' Mitsuraki

Weapons/Gadgets: Zack is armed with 1 blaster gun. A Shadow Delta-X.Z, a rarity. He has a katana mounted to his back with a blue blade that, if damaged, can be repaired using his chakra He has a glove that allows him to create a force field lasting 10 seconds, to be used every 5 minutes. Zack is also armed with small stun grendades, tracking needles that allows you to know where a target is once pinched with the needle. He also has sunglasses that can alternate between 100% UV Protection, X-ray, Geiger, Heat Vision, and Night Vision.

Skills: Zack has a very accurate shot when it comes to blasting, but is skilled with other weapons too. Because he is extremely flexible and agile he can do flips to evade attacks. His senses of sound, sight, and smell are highly strong. Zack is quick on his feet and can be as silent as a mouse giving him the nickname 'Silent Shadow'. While is use of weapons is ranged, so is his man-toman/hand combat. He has been trained in the ninja way and knows jutsus. Some of them include 'Shadow Dragon Jutsu' that gathers energy on one arm to summon a giant dragon made of drakness and shadows. It's controlled by the one hand it comes from yet it burns the arm if used too long. Raigeki: A fusion of Lighting Blade and Rasengan to form an electrically chraged sphere that can pierce through the body and provide a nearly death shock to it. Blood Dragon Jutsu: If there a large enough sploches of blood at about 1 inch diameter in multiple places, the user can dip his hand in one of the sploches after a hand seal. The blood while turn from dry to a liquid state again and a dragon invisbly moves inthese sploches yet leaves ripples in the blood to where it moves. It then jumps out at users command. Clone Bomb: User can summon a clone that contains a bomb, once touched by the opponent or set off by the user, it sets of a lethal explosins in a 10 yard radius. Dark Dome Summoning: Summons a dome around the fighters that cannot be penetrated. Wears off at users command or when he dies.Body Immbolization Jutsu: The opponent becomes numb for 10 seconds allowing time to attack freely, yet cannot be killed during the time limit.

Appearance: Short red hair with spiked bangs. Blue eyes. Black Shirt with ragged ends and blue faded jeans with black belt. There is a black surfer-style tattoo on his back, it's said it possess unknown powers, once activated the tattoo will spread across the body everytime it's used. Gun lached to his belt and sword on his back. A pouch with the smaller items is lached also to his belt. A average-built muscle stature


Personality: Zack acts like a normal teenager. Cool and calm. He get get headstrong and cocky sometimes, but he is very kind to his allies. He gives his all in fights where he respects opponents, to those weaker he just stands there and blocks and evades every attack thrown at him eventually knocking the person out with a single blow. Zack knows when to be serious and when to slack and can estimate his opponents ability.

History: Not much is known about Zack's past but it is known that he holds the 10-tailed beast Ryuuzan, a dragon of immense power. The seal is a tatoo on his back, given to him by a mysterious figure when he was 4 at the scene where his parents where murdered. Zack grew up being taught by thieves and eventually by expert ninjas and bounty hunters. When he takes control of Ryuuzan, his body goes a through a change. His facial features and body feature and stature changes with each tail he brings forth, along with chakra capacity increasing and spreading of tatoo.

Base: Canine teeth are razor sharp
1 Tail: Finger nails grow little bit longer and sharp, tatoo grows to be visible at neck of shirt.
2 Tail: Reptilian eyes, and signs of lizard like skin, tatoo reaches neck. Increase in strength.
3 Tail: Tatoo spreads across face to form tribal looking markings, Wings grow.
4 Tail: Tail grown. Tatoo spread to arms and thighs. Strenght increased drastically
5-10 Tail: Yet unknown

There are cons to this too. The transformation takes away half of the chakra gained and once stabbed in the center of the tatoo can revert back to normal and prevents re-summoning it for a week. While tatoo is in effect wounds heal quicker, and immediately on stage 4. Usage of tatoo tires user out too. Zack has been known for his past criminal acts but those oare overshadowed by his acts of justice.

Anyway:

1)Name:Insilo Fiar.

Race:Human.

Age:19

Gender:Male.

Height:6'2.

Weight:165 Lbs.

Weapons:Insilo uses two Katanas, which he is very skilled with. One of the Katanas are painted dark red and the other light blue. The red one can manipulate fire and the blue one water. With these he is a worthy oppenent in battle. He uses his katanas as if they were connected to him and can move swiftly with these. He keeps them across his back like a X shape in two scabbards. He recieved these when he was 12, from his Grandfather when the meteor hit. His second weapon is two smaller daggers, both black in colour, he isn't that skilled with these as he is with katanas. He recieved these at a small village he visited on his journeys.

Magic/Skills:Insilo cannot manipulate his own magic, but with his two Katanas he can manipulate fire and water magic. Insilo is a fairly speedy person due to training for almost everyday of his life for almost 7 years, with his katanas. Insilo isn't a strong person, but what he lacks in strength he makes up with speed.

Appearance:Insilo has long, greasy dark brown hair down to his shoulders. He wears fairly casual clothes with a plain black jumper and black trousers, underneath his jumper he wears a plain white t-shirt. On his feet he wears plimsoles for fast movement and stealth. He wears bright white gloves on his hands for a tight grip on his katanas. He has a tatto on his right arm
of a Cheetah pouncing, representing his speed.

Personality:Insilo is normally very serious but can be fun at times and he makes friends easily, when he is devising a plan of somesort he normally listens to other peoples ideas before stating his own. Insilo can be very sarcastic at times, which can get on peoples nerves. Insilo trys to interact to whoever he is with.

History:Insilo is from the planet of Balador, his parents died when he was just four years of age, and was then raised by his grandparents. His grandfather gave him the two katanas he now treasures when he was 12, and has been training and fighting with them for seven long years. At 17 his grandfather died, he was extremely upset and set off to travel, just him and his two magical katanas.

Magic/Skills:Pikkon is a very speedy and fairly strong person, and is very stealthy and sly. Pikkon has many ki-blasts and attacks, some of these being:
Thunder Flash Attack (Ultimate move) - Pikkon shoots an amazing show of flames from his fists, at great speed.

Hyper Tornado - Pikkon starts to spin at an immense speed, he then shoots toward his opponent, engulfing them in a tornado.

Burning Shot - He starts to spin at speed, like starting the Hyper Tornado attack, but instead engulfs himself in fire, then attacks his opponent in this form continuously.

Continuous Energy Bullets - Fires many bullet-like ki blasts at his opponent.

Omega Mode - This provides a quick boost of agility, strength and ki-energy.

Appearance:

Personality:Pikkon is a very serious character, he is a very determined person and always finishes what he starts. Although his seriousness, he can make friends pretty easily, if he likes their personality. When fighting in a real battle, he will fight with all his will, even if it kills him in the process.

History:Pikkon once lived in and unknown place in the West of the Universe. When he died he was sent to train with the West Kai, and swiftly became his best student. One day, he was invited to a tournament and brought back to life.

hey, thought I would join.

Name: Jack Simple
Age: Looks 30ish, but is actually 19.
Height: 5'11
Weight: 185lbs
Weapons: He weilds several modern weapons such as a M4 Carbine and a USP. Although he keeps a 12inch knife strapped to belt in case if he runs out of ammunitation.

Techniques: Being in the United States Delta force has taught him many methods of fighting such as Kung Fu, Jiu-Jitsu, Judo Jujitsu,and a Martial Art Style which resembles Russian, American and Japanese styles mixed together. He has developed a strange shooting technique, called the "Simple Shooting", but its name is ironic, because the technique is very complicated, he is able to "bend" the path of the bullets, making it possible for him to shoot around corners, and in some cases, a full 180.

Skills: He is well adept at weilding his M4 and USP, easily hitting his moving targets. Because of his fit status, he is quite good at fighting unarmed and armed with his 12 inch knife. He has a high endurance and mental strength due to his vigorous training.

Personality: A rather conservative person, unwilling to trust anyone easily. But in the inside, he is a caring person, but he wears his military persona to not show weakness.

Appearance: He wears a casual clothing, blue denim jeans. A belt with his knife on it. He wears a T shirt with the "Go Giants" text on it in Blue. He wears a leather jacket, but as a precauntion, he wears kevlar underneath his t-shirt. He has gloves with the fingers cut off for better gripping. He has a Green Camo cap on his head, covering his rather messy hair. He has deep blue eyes and a barely noticeable scar on his right cheek from a encounter with a drunken comrade that went trigger-happy.

History: He was born in a long family of military background, his Great-Great father was in WWI, his Greatfather was in WWII, and his father fought in the Vietnam war. His mother shortly after he reached age 14, since then, he was wandering the streets. After some time, he decided he was going to prove he can live up to the Simple Legacy, so he signed up for the military in 2004, he was only 15, but he grew tall and he looked to be 20. He fought valiantly in the Iraq war and helped his fellow comrades live through the experience. He was going to his home on leave when it happened as a bright light engulfed him...

Like Loony said, that isn't a plot..

A plot would be like how all the fighters came to the tournament, why it is being held and why they will be fighting, etc, etc.

I already said - I am not doing that. If you want WHY Then I will do that but I am not saying.

well, like Loony said, you'll need a plot. What you did was define a torney. I suggest you add WHY the fighters would be pulled into doing the tourney. You know, ultimate prize, bad guy rules the world(Yup, Mortal Kombat plot), etc. oh, I'll edit my guy so he can stand a better ground against Loony's supers, lol. Annnnd, are you going to accept my character?

I'm going to be a lazy ******* and just reuse my two favorite bios.

Name:Daer Higo
Age:21
Height: 5' 11"
Weight: 190 lbs.
Race: Human
Gender: Male
Weapons: Daer will carry two small daggers made of steel that rest at his wrists for easy access. The daggers have black hilts and have black sheaths. He also carries on his back a bow and a quiver of arrows that he has deadly accuracy with.
Magic/Skill: Daer is able to control the light. He was trained by his own elders to do so. Such uses of his power are: making a shield, causes a blast to tear opponents apart, or putting light over his weapons in order make them pierce skin in a much easier way. Daer can also run at a fast pace and has great reflexes. He is able to outsmart others with ease.
Appearance: Daer Higo wheres a white t-shirt under a black sweatshirt that has a white circle on the chest part of it.He black jeans that are faded out with black shoes worn under them. He has black gloves with sheaths for his daggers on them. His contains blue eyes with a small nose and mouth but nothing that stands out. He has black hair that isn't too short but it isn't long either,and it is not combed or brushed at all.
Personality: Daer is talkative, he makes friends easily and is a jovial type of guy. He also loves to joke around and prank people, even his friends. He will help anyone in need as long as he can help them, if not, he'll get some help.
History: When Daer was 12, he started learning how to control light from his elders. He became quite good at controlling the light as the rest of his family has. When he had heard of a tournament, he left as soon as he could, mainly to meet new people but partly for(insert whatever the prize is here).

Name: Zack "The Rock" Bull
Age: 39
Gender: Male
Height: 5' 9"
Weight: 208 lb.
Weapons: Nicknamed "Black Death" Zack uses a sword forged by himself that he has used for 20 years and a scratch has yet to be seen on it. It's blade is a dark black and is so powerful that it can slay men in seconds, yet it is so light even a child could wield it. The hilt and scabbard for this legendary sword are both with with a black pattern of lines.
Skills: Despite his age, Zack is very well-bodied. He has above average strength that he makes much use of when forging weapons and armor. He is very skilled with a blade, being able to win a duel in a matter of seconds is some feat. He doesn't have a set battle style and will change it to accommodate for the situation, such as when he is surrounded, he will start to slash randomly and quickly to attempt to down his foes. Zack is a novice alchemist. The reason why is because he's only been studying it for one year. He uses it for assist when forging items to make them stronger and he will use it during battle to change the shape of his sword to go with a fighting style he is uses. (tell me if this part is ok)
Appearance: Zack wears a wears a black studded vest with a matching pair of pants. His scabbard is attached to his back via a brown strap. During battle, Zack will wear chain mail that is a transmuted piece of metal he stores is a small cylinder on his scabbard. It's not has strong as chain mail he can forge but it is much easier to carry around.
Personality: A very stubborn man who mostly does things for his own personal gain. But there are some people who have discovered that he has a soft side. People who are friends with him this much are rare but he will help these friends at any time. Although, one thing he can't stand are people he try to bend the laws of nature and people who would destroy the world, even if Zack doesn't care much for it's inhabitants.
History: Zack was born into a family of alchemists, but he was never interested in alchemy. Instead he studied forgery. When he finally got his own forge at the age of 18, it was obvious that he was a prodigy at forging. It took him only one year to forge one of the best swords the world has seen,"Black Death". Zack never reproduced it because he knew that such sword should not lie in the hands of the common man. Instead he studied swordplay and all the fighting styles, and in under five years, Zack became one of the best sword masters. He got his nickname because of his rock hard body and battle strategy. His life went on normally with swordplay tournaments and filling out custom orders for customers. Then, that's when it happened, he saw the true power of alchemy in his own eyes. He saw a human being reborn, he couldn't believe his family had that kind of power, but it wasn't the power that made him start to study alchemy, it was the fact that these death cheating monsters needed to be stopped with their own weapon. After half a year of studying the art, Zack started to incorporate alchemy into his work, and he gave his sword a slight upgrade by reforging it while using alchemy. Then one day, Zack heard of a Tourney that was going on and he went there in order to beat the others and claim the prize, which he was sure was going to help with his fight against the alchemists he hated.

Man, Zack's bio will take forever to edit if you won't let me have alchemy.

Unfortunately, Loony is right. If you attempt to start this roleplay without giving it some story, it'll get closed.

The skillfull warriors competing are battling to become the best warrior the world has ever seen, the battle and battle and battle untill one becomes victorious. The tournoment is hosted at a wasteland - But that isn't where they fight, they go into a world simulator, which creates battle feilds, from lush jungles to barren rocky areas. The tournoment is hosted by a old man called Scurub who has won the tournoment before.

10 people is fine, 12 would be great but we can start with 10. I just need to see if the plot is O.K.

It doesn't look like it'll win any awards for originality any time soon, but to me at least, it looks like it'll pass. You can probably just start it and if a mod has a problem with the Plot, they can just ask you to fix it.
