Where is regigigas? I've captured Regirock, Registeel and Regice but I dont know where to go now so it would be nice if one of you kind people could tell me where he/she is...

First, you have to beat the game. Second, your styler needs to have every pokemon's info in it (266 pokemons to be exact). After that, you'll be called to the Ranger Union and told about Regigigas. He's in Hippowdon Temple and you'll need Regice, Registeel and Regirock with you to open the door to him. I recommend bringing Pachirisu also, as it makes capturing him a lot easier.

the only thing i would change in that post is to bring shieldon because if you use him it cant attack

Good Assist to use against Regigigas (in order) would be: Ground, Ice, Steel, Rock, Electric.
You can One-Line Regigigas with Ground assist if you are fast enough or at high level (around the 80s).
