My favorite enemies would have to be the various Super Mutants. They're so fun to kill. Especially the Brutes and Masters...

Yao Gui aren't strong or hard to kill but you may notice after a while that when u shoot them in the head while they are in the air they go flying and its extremely funny.

I like killing the BoS soldiers in front of the Citadel. You can kill them without having the whole complex attack you later and they have good stuff. I also like killing Talon Company Mercs and Super Mutants.

I would have to same Behemoths since they're the hardest to kill and its easy to kill everything else at level 20

Super Mutants, big targets that are just begging to be shot. They are not even as powerful as you would expect something called a "super mutant" to be. Raiders are bigger pains than those guys.

The Masters are a bit annoying, but really, all you need to worry about are Masters and Behemoths.
I also like killing the Robobrains. A headshot sends their brain flying twenty feet, Literally.

Jericho complains too much so that's why I shot him. The Capitol Building has that Behemoth in it and that's my favorite place to go because of that room with all the people to kill like the Behemoth.

To me Jericho is HILARIOUS. Yeah he swears but it's kinda funny when he does.
Anyways, my favorite enemy is probably the Feral Ghouls because it's like a zombie survival type thing. Next would probably be the Enclave Troopers because you get their ammo and their armor.

Five, although you can spawn as many as you like on the PC version.
I like to kill Mr. Gusty's too. Their bodies totally spaz out when you kill them.

Robo Brains and Protectrons are also fun to kill, mainly because you get Energy Cells from.
