I finally made it to the weird shiny rock in route 224, but what do i do with it? i'm soooooo frusterated!!!!
i heard it had something to do with Shaymen.
Please tell me?

You need Oak's Letters, but to recieve the item, you need to go to the Japanese event, which has already happened.

You need to have... Oak's Letter. Then talk to Professor Oak who should be standing near the rock. Shaymin is level 30 and will respawn if you go across the bridge and back again aslong as you don't catch him I think.
