Those who do not share the same views of justice as the vast majority are usually considered mad.
For example, if I believe that a law that prevents me from murdering my neighbour who plays his music is too loud is not just, should I go and kill him?
The obvious response would be "If he considers murder to be a rational solution, then he is mad", but I can guarantee that everyone here has considered killing someone at least once, and has wished that murder was permitted. Everyone who has every believed that someone has deserved death is a hypocrite if they believe that murder is wrong. Well, from my point of view they are, if that matters at all.
Basically, I find it hard to believe that murder can be justified in some situations and in others not, depending on who orders it.
