i can make a new topic in this forum, no one else has made one here yet nothing in the rules says i cannot do this, and i have read the rules alot so just try and stay away from this forum if you have a problem. and if you do have a problem we can go straight to and admin or a mod

It's generally easier if people just post their questions in a new topic they make for themselves with their question and people answer them.
