it will not restart if you have the same apple id account that you used to get the app. you will also need your same storm8 ID to have the same account

I also have a KINDLE FIRE!!!! It was wierd. Even when I was connected to the wifi it said I wouldn't and that I should try again, i even shut down my kindle and tried again, but nothing is working!!!!!! What do I do?????!!!
