You have to complete the game on the Black Ops difficulty. The M16A2 can then be used on any difficulty.
There is no direct cheatcode to have the M16A2 ...not yet that is.

Do you know where I can get a list of the destruction objectives to get the M16A2? I have been able to get 18 of the 19, but can't seem to find the last one.

what will it be? loyalty to your country? or loyalty to yourself ? the mission? or your belifs? youre duty to your unit or your personel feelings? Look at what youve lost already! what country deserves this much loyalty!?
