Um i got to the very end of the First sniper level and killed everyone. Then I could not find the tunnel system. Where the heck do i find it at, i am completly stumped.

You mean Nazran Town? Sheesh, it's right there in front of you. After taking both sniper posts, go past the second one into another building with guys, go through there, drop down a hole, and the rest folds out in front of you...
