So I'm playing Campaign and doing it on Veteran, and it's hard as crap. I'm on like the 5th mission in Vietnam and I swear, trying to kick the barrels is a pain. So many NVA it's hard to do anything without getting killed. Any tips?
Where you're able to (ie; don't have a timer/countdown) Take.Your.Time.
Don't rush the game. Take it easy, pick your shots, move forwards. Use cover as best you can. Remember you get grenades etc - use 'em.
For each life you play - Use them to memorise the enemy movements - where they come from, where the take cover the most & try to find ways that counter their patterns. Try running flanks on the outside of the map limit instead of running up the middle. That kind of thing.
If you get a timer/countdown. You've got to learn quick. Where the enemies are, where you're able to dash between cover points, and the best places to throw flashes/stuns & frags.

I try and take my time, my last run before I quit I went to the weapons bunker, got a couple of guns, killed some enemies and when I got a chance I ran to the barrel. I died though while I was kicking it down and there isn't many places to hide for cover on the right side. I've tried going to the left but when I get to the cover on the left I always seem to die there before getting to a barrel. I'll keep trying though.
Edit: after a few more tried I did it! Suck it game! lol
