A bit of the opposite on the topic, my c'mon man moment had me starting out every match going five and zero. Then I end up turning out to go eight and twelve. C'mon Man! I hate that!
Good thing though, it only happens for the first couple games when I'm trying to get warmed up.

Another nuke moment. Playing Hardcore Team Deathmatch on Wasteland, posted around the outside and moving every now and then, I got 19 straight kills and zero deaths. Moved over just a little bit from the Helicopter pad and had all five members of their team move in a group to the junkyard. Hit the first guy, hit another, another, hit the last one and didn't get my nuke!? What's going on? Guy crept out in final stand and popped me in the stomach with his grenade launcher. 24 and one. And I was not a happy camper.

A friend of mine was 1 kill from a nuke, when he missed (Intervention), then the enemy threw in a frag, and killed him

lol I've never tried to get the E.A - although if you want to get it, I'd imaging Pred. Missle, Harrier, E.A would work as a good combo.
Getting the Nuke without camping is what is hard for me, because I can't camp. I don't have the patience for it. I'm more of a rusher player, so I've never gotten a Nuke before, but I don't care about them, I just play for the fun of it
