If you're going to post it like this why not give a little insight on how you'd want to be able to earn that title.
I.C.U. - Get 18 Sniper kills in one match
Hollow Man - Get 10000 Sniper kills
Stone Cold - In a Hardcore gametype, get a Sniper kill through a teammate. (I've done this.)
Click Click Boom - Kill two or more enemies with one Shotgun shell. No akimbo.
Everyone here knows that I'm a sniper online, I really want to see more snipe-oriented titles.

This would be impossible. There would be no way for the game to tell whether or not victim was aware.

Click Click Boom - Kill an enemy with C4 while in last stand
thats the one that is currently in MW2 - I have it.. threw C4 to cover an entrance (Team had a UAV up and the opposition were splitting up to go two ways, so I covered one, and set up a trap @ the other choke point, was watching the UAV - but one of the other team members had Cold blooded & shot me, and I clicked R2 by mistake & got 3 kills with my C4 & unlocked the title

Nah you don't. You need last stand pro to THROW the c4 when you already in last stand. But if you threw it BEFORE you went into last stand - you can still detonate it. Just not throw it.

As for the name of the title unlocked with headshots with RPG-7/ATS-4, Pred. Missle & M203 in the same game;
"hows the head?" eh, that was weak I really can't think up cool names.

Just follow the instructions on it, there are little arrows @ the side of each box to flick across to the next page. Just click on a background to bring up any titles associated with it, they'll appear @ the bottom of the box, or in a drop down menu if theres more than 4.
