I usually get 18-36k in Demolition depending on how I do that match.
Sphynxx: HCHQ is a lot better for capturing, more people (From my experience) try to cap on HC.

Leveling isn't too difficult in MW2. You just need a good team of friends and you can steamroll games one after another. My best win streak so far is 23 times in a row with a bunch of people I know.
When it comes to pure raw XP, Sabotage has the biggest return especially if you camp the bomb for most of the time then have your team plant it and have it explode. You get all the XP from killing people plus the bomb itself. You also get to annoy the impatient people on the other team.

I'm a huge S&D supporter myself. It follows a simple method, become a good player or get screwed over. S&D is by far the best way to not only improve your overall skill (Because it teaches you how to do the most with one life) but also get plenty of XP when you get good at it. I average around 10k per match.

You can get 6000 or 3000 from destroying a harrier.
I destroyed a harrier and got 10 kills and 3 assists in one match.

Yes i have, and you do get 3000 or 6000 for destroying a harrier because i've just done it less than 1 hour ago.

I hate SnD only because I lag out everytime I play it, but I agree it is probably the best way to gain xp.

i was on s&d and was playin with three other people besides myself i set the bomb timer to 5 seconds and threw a grenade after plantin the bomb killed everyone i was playin against and got 25,000 xp
