Today on HC SnD I tried Ninja Defusing...I failed miserably.
Any tips or do you think I should just play in Core SnD? Because I know it's easier there. I have Cold-Blooded Pro and Ninja Pro so I'm near invisible. (Only visible by Line of sight.)  Sir Alex, the Ruby Knight of Everlasting Life | ||

Ninja defuse is when you defuse the bomb while there's still a few enemies around.

Specifically, ninja defuse is when you defuse the bomb while the bomb planter is still alive. What you have to do is be right underneath the person when they're planting, soon as they plant you start defusing. Hoping they run and don't notice you, but this only works in certain bomb plant sites, and it depends on whether or not the person plans on keeping a visual on the bomb.
Live life as the exception to the rule.

Yeah, do you do the gun swap trick as well to make it look like your player is kind of dead - & not holding the gun(s) out in front of his body?
That helps make it look like your dead so players don't shoot at you XD. Unless you get some really paranoid idiot that sprays everything he sees lol. I haven't done a ninja defuse on SnD.
