For me, it would have to be a few actually. My 'All Pro' title that I've been able to unlock many times over due to various 1 bullet 2 headshot kills, that is just overall awesome. Especially when you consider they were almost all in search. I'm also very proud of my legit golden "Intervention" title and emblem. The emblem is for 500 headshots, I can't remember the other one right now. I got those two during my 6th prestige.

I've gotten All Pro several times as well. I'm pretty happy with that.
I can't really remember half of the requirements for titles.
Although if I'm correct with this one; I'm happy with my Wargasm (all 3 killstreaks within 20 seconds of each other - I think its Wargasm anyway) with Harrier, Pavelow, AC130 set up.
Called in Harrier & got lucky & got 4 kills with the bombs on Ground War TDM
But I wouldn't say I'm "proud" I got that, just funny coz usually people go 5, 6, 7 to get it.
I was proud to get the emblem of the AC130 on my older PSN account. I got that emblem in straight games

All pro is pretty easy to get with some luck.
What I'm most proud of would probably be the "omnicide"( kill entire enemy team within 10 seconds).
It's easy to get in small games but I got it in and full ground war domination game. My team had two of the flags and I had CG so figure out the rest
others i'm proud of, idk maybe the mg master challenge (don't remember the title it gives you).
Requirements were to get a five killstreak while on a mounted machine gun.

I got the cold blooded emblem thanks to the helicopter glitch but what perk emblems i have (almost all of them) i have earned legitly

I got Cold-Blooded legit by destroying UAV's to AC-130's.
I have all except SitRep, Hardline and Lightweight which I should have Lightweight soon, then Hardline and then SitRep (SitRep is gonna be a bish!).

My most proud of: 1bullet2kills Title, All Pro Title, My Scar-H and Intervention Titles/Emblems (Working on gold:D), and definitely my Behind Enemy Lines Title and Captain Price Super Mario Emblem which you get via getting a 10 killstreak with no killstreaks attached
