The glitch being that the blip comes up in killcams but it doesn't actually come up in game.
The proof? I've used a heartbeat sensor myself. Killed someone who had Ninja, and he didn't come up on the HBS when I killed him.
Killcam flashes up, and he appears on the HBS.

I'm assuming you mean Final KillCam if you killed him.
But it's still true that third tier Perks can disappear, it's happened to me and I've seen multiple KillCams where they don't have third Perks. Just an Commando sensor glitch. :D

I've also seen killcams in which the person

^ That's the entire point of this thread. Originally I thought Ninja Pro was broken, but Alex pointed out that if there's a significant drop in the strength of your connection, sometimes the third perk, most commonly Ninja (Pro) will seemingly be removed, giving you no third tier perk.

The whole "third tier perk" doing a Houdini trick has only happened to me once and it was on a Softcore match before the Stimulus package was released. Never seen it happen on the PC version since then.

Lucky for you. I've lost my third perk few times during the last couple of months. But repeating what I said earlier, just comes to show how glitched the game is....

That's very true. There are many glitches in this game that need patched, such as the fact that you can see through smokes through a cracked window.

Or the glitch that if you attach a c4 on a window and then break the window the c4 floats in the air.

C4 should break a window when you throw it at one...that always happens for me, even though I actually want to stick it TO the window...

It sometimes breaks for me with C4, but it always breaks with TK.

For throwing knife to stick you have to bounce it off the ground or something else. Works for
