how do you plan out your base? more power plants air bases missles etc..

u dont need a crap load of power plants, everyone has their own technique so if u wanna find urs, just practice and see what to do in order to make ur base stronger faster. thats what i had to do and it worked. also try all of the 3 teams, they all have their own benifits and their own downfalls. just mess around and come up with your own technique

why does china's gattling cannon dont shoot fast is it because of the amount of power plants. USA patriot missles shoot faster I think when it come to air defence.

It takes a few seconds for them to get going, but when they do boy do they damage... Also don't forget the Gattling Upgrade!! I believe its an additional 25% damage increase.. can't go wrong with that. And no the power doesn't affect the rate of fire.. only affects if they work at all or not
