Perhaps. I agree with your saying that gigorga only comes on semi-weekly. Or, perhaps he ran out of posts in his post quota. He is still a new member.

It is naturally excitement. Excitement generated by your new membership on Supercheats. That is probably why beginners post a lot on their first day, and usually exceed the quota. But I think that there is a barrier, and after you pass that barrier, your quota is removed.

Wait, you said somewhere that you have to get a certain time for Oxide's ghost to come on that track. Is that true for every track, or just the Turbo Track?
