Cloud vs. Zack

That's what I'm trying to do. Crisis Core needs some love too.

FF needs more activity, it'll prob get more active when XIII comes out

If we're talking CC Characters, Zack, cus Cloud is very shy and naive, but if we're going by VII or AC Cloud, probably CLoud

You're right, Cloud probably wouldn't of revived Sephi cos Jenova/Sephi wouldn't of been able to confuse or control him as easily. Aerith may have survived, Cloud may not have been manipulated to almost do it, and be too confused/dazed when Sephi went to finish the job and/or Zack I'm sure would of done something.

Though *spoiler.. I'm warning this for my sis BB as she hasn't gotten to the ending, DON'T LOOK SIS* Holy would of still failed, and Aerith wouldn't of been able to manipulate the lifestream to finish the job if she was still alive.. or would she have developed throughout the game to do it alive. :/ I dunno.. going on and on as usual, aren't I :p

Regarding Zack & Aerith, it would of been confusing to say the least. She's grown up in the last 5 years so her tastes and feelings may have changed. Whenever she talked to Cloud about him she seemed convinced he'd gone off with another woman, and she avoided giving a name when he asked, just in case he knew him. I dunno to me she seemed over him, plus the whole been missing would of been awkward to say the least. The official novel Maiden over the Planet, or whatever its called, told the story of Aerith after her death in the lifestream, and she seems to backup what I think. Meh it would of been a fun and interesting love triangle to say the least, give me that over the Tifa one anyday

I did want to write an AU fanfic series, but I had no clue where I was going to with it.. but I did have the idea of a Zack resurrection (sorta) in it. Should be interesting to mess with considering.

CLoud would win, but has anyone ever thought of what if Cloud died instead of Zack. well I suppose it would just be FF7 except with Zack

Some things would have happened differently though.

mmmm imagine if Zack didnt die. And all of FFVII was Cloud and Zack crusading together in FFVII

And that would go down as the most tragic death scene in a video game history, to date. *sniff* I'm getting teared up just thinking about it, oh I'm not.. I'm just trying not to snigger while I'm at work.

Sephiroth would have just jumped down to get Aerith and instead missed, splashed into the drool lake and died again. That'll teach him. Tifa saves the planet, with Cloud and Zack's "help" of course. I'm sure Aerith contributed to the drool lake though :D

Cloud and Zack fighting over Aerith would be a sight to see, hey.. it's really starting to pour with rain down here. Whoops my bad. In all seriousness (bah I have to do it), they probably wouldn't fight, argue maybe.. but even that's pushing it far. Zack reacted in Maiden over the Planet like "meh.. whatever", true he still tried to hit on her tho, using Cloud as well. I can't remember the exact line, but it's something like "hey Cloud just used one of my battle moves, does it charm you?" lmao.

Then again, if Zack hadn't died, Cloud would have only met Aerith through Zack, which would probably have changed their chemistry.

Yeah, Zack could have been with Aerith, and Cloud would be single for BB :D
