Umm for this, you have to make the plateus equal with the buildings on each plateau. Normally, before you even construct, you should look at the Analysis by pressing select and just scroll it to the Analysis option ( Before you press select, you have to be in Sindain or in Balance Valley and must know the construction icon must appear. If the construction icon does'nt appear, it means you have to go to the building area then press select.)
