Many people can beat DMC4. Some people can beat DMD mode in DMC4. Few people can S-rank DMD mode in DMC4.
Beating Dante isn't hard, beating him without the use of items and S-ranking isn't hard either. But getting a No Damage in Mission 10 against Dante is extremely hard. I managed to avoid getting hit until I meet Dante, then he shot me in the face with his Shotgun...
Hardest part would be S-ranking Mission 14, or maybe Mission 5 in the room with swords in DMD.
