The dice game is the only annoying thing about DMC4, no it's the equivalent of the chess game from DMC3.

The dice game is extremely friggin annoying >_<

Yeah there is a way to control the dice but it's still frustrating.

All I do is repeatedly hit it again and again if it pisses me off, I soon start getting numbers I need then.

Yeah I did that too but if you stand next to it and watch the numbers on top of the dice wait for the number you want and attack with the buster move if you get the timing right you will get that number. The numbers go in a certain sequence so if you watch carefully you can get what you want.

I seriously hate the dice though.

Yeah even if you do that it takes a while that's why I do not like the second last mission.

Yeah, that mission makes me want to put my tv screen through sometimes.

It's the same thing with mission 6 I don't like that one either.

It's easier just to hit it with your Devil Bringer when the number is on top. It's actually pretty easy, since the numbers always go to the top in the same order, so I just time it, hit it with my Devil Bringer, and I never have to fight an enemy! (Except the Bosses on level 19.)

Seriously? The mission I hate is 10. Dante is annoying to fight.

Yeah the buster move it's the only attack fast enough to hit the dice before the number changes. You need to fight the other enemies if you want a good score at the end of the mission.

As of right now, I don't care. I'll actually try for a good score after I unlock all the modes.

Mission 10 was annoying as hell on Normal, I've only beat missions 1+2 on Son Of Sparda and that was two months ago, then I kind of forgot about it, lol.

I do bloody palace more than anything now.

Try DMD when you unlock it every enemy has their own DT and Dante is really difficult even on the first mission.

Yeah I'm doing bloody palace a lot right now I keep getting killed by Dark Dante on the last stage.

I'm on the last level of SoS mode right now, he's really annoying. I've gotten him down to one bar of health, I took down his shield, then he used his stupid sword attack and killed me. That boss is the biggest coward I've ever fought. All mages are cowards really. Just running away... shooting stupid fireballs.

Every enemy has DT? Dose Dante use his against you? More importantly, I know on SoS mode, he breaks out Gilamesh... or whatever the armor is called, does he pull out Pandora and Lucifer too? Pandora would be annoying!

When he uses that rush attack near the end you can counter it with a well timed buster with the Devil Bringer it will increase your stylish rating a lot too.

Yeah all the enemies have it including bosses but Dante doesn't use his DT on you. Yeah he uses both the first time I fought him on DMD on the first mission I went to attack and the first thing he did was use the laser attack with pandora and he can change pandora at the same speed as you can in DT mode. He uses Gilgamesh a lot as a counter.

Ah. I see. Still, his fireball attack gets me annoyed, because I can only dodge it when directly under him or far away. He always uses it while I'm hitting him.

Doesn't that She-Viper have a sort of Devil Trigger she uses? When she becomes gold in SoS mode?

If he uses it stop attacking and like you said try to get underneath then jump up as soon as he's done.

That's not her DT all the enemies get a purple aura and red eyes and become a lot more aggressive and sometimes regular enemies can still attack while you are attacking them. When Echidna goes gold and starts flying at you you can grap her with a buster and attack just like you can when you stun her and it will build up your stylish rating but the you have to get precise timing and for Dante you you hit her with Lucifer before she starts flying then cause them to explode you will get an SSS rating and stop her flying at the same time.

Just beat him. Am on level 2 on DMD mode. I went into the boss battle of that level with a gold orb, 2 vital star M's, 2 vital star S's, and full health, and I lost. I fought two enemies with DT too. They're a bit annoying.

I don't use items during missions it reduces your rating and score and I like to do the best I can with my score for each mission so I can get a good rank in the rankings list.
