Devil May cry general chat

Well, I don't have XBL yet, so I'm trying to clear DMD for HoH mode and Super Nero and Super Dante.

I mean the ranking list on the PS network.

It does take a while to do DMD.

The DT enemies are actually fun, because I normally just beat the living snot out of Scarecrows, and it makes it interesting.
But yeah, DMD is tough, and I'm only on the second boss. (Counting The first fight with Dante as a boss.)

Yeah but one thing that's annoying when the enemies use their DT is that while you're attacking it does not stun them and they can catch you off guard hit you and take away your rating easily.

And you can't really hit them with Nero's Devil Bringer too easily...

Still, it's a fun fight.

No I was agreeing with what you said about it being difficult to get them with the DB on DMD mode. DMC4 is an awesome game.

Anyways, how far are you into DMD mode? I figure it'll start getting impossible around levels 9-10.

I beat it before but since starting a new game I have done the first mission on it to practice the fight versus Dante I've mainly been working on beating bloody palace.

I thought you already beat bloody palace?

I started a new game in DMC4 from scratch. I have beaten it on Human, Devil Hunter and SOS and I have started DMD and I managed to beat bloody palace yesterday I'll continue with DMD mode now.

Damn. After that, you should try Heaven or Hell mode. I played the first couple of levels, and it's so easy, it's funny. The Savior should be tough though.

I tried that already but there is no challenge because of the enemies dying in one hit.

Do Hell or Hell Mode. If you don't call that challenging, I don't know what does qualify.

I haven't tried that but I'm sure it would be every challenging.

Well, The Savior would be really tough, since you have to destroy all the crystals on his body before you can actually do any damage to it. The final boss too, he usually gets the first hit on me, and he has a shield.

On Heaven or Hell mode the Saviour would be no challenge everything could be destroyed in one hit and you could probably stun it in one hit too and Sancus usually doesn't attack first keep your distance until he gets his shield up then attack straight away.

Yeah, but to stun him, you'd have to dodge all his attacks and get a chance to whip out Revenge. And his attacks are fairly tough for me to dodge.

You don't have to use Pandora to stun him use Yamato or Rebellion but it's faster with Yamato. When you dodge the attack attack the arm.

If he uses the attack where he fires a beam at the ground jump into the air and attack if he creates the red beams around him jump back out of the way, for the flames along the ground it's easier to jump and if he uses the fireball attack stand under him.
