you have to buy one who loves justice and king yemmas stamp and fushion them.........and who can you give a halo to and see it coz i gave on to teen gohan and when i played as him i could see it but with goku you can...is he the only one that you can see it with??

Actually, the halo does not appear with the appearance of the character, but is only used in Evolution Z equipment.
It should lower your Ki Gauge Use or so, but I'm not sure.
