I have heard that there are 60-90 characters, i want to know are these characters able
to transform or do you have to choose the characters in their transformed form

They are able to transform, and I heard from an interview of the creater of the game that there will indeed be an oozaru form that sayians can transform into at certain times.

There are NOT 60 to 90 characters there is around 60 or 70, I can't remember and I can't be bothered to go and check. But I'm right!

It probablym is there aren't even 90 characters in all of DBZ unless you are counting the various suvilians.

Hey guys. There are 56 characters with 33 transformation=88 in all.
You have to chose your character level before battle. So NO IN GAME TRANSFORMATIONS. Oozaru is playable, but you can't be a person and transform into oozaru. Oozaru is a totally different character him self. There is only one ozaru and that is gohan oozaru (maybe two with vegeta). So there yyou go.
