What is it exactly? I mean how do you unlock it. Is it like some sort of tournament or something, and where do you go to play it. Just tell me the WHOLE story please lol.

You unlock higher forms or World Tournaments when you beat the ones before them. Just beat the Advanced mode then you will unlock it. However the fighters are a tad bit more powerful in that mode then the others.

do novice, and get adept, do adept, get advanced, do advanced get cell games, in cell games, there are no ring outs of course, but opponents are harder, and there's 5 rounds, and to unlock cell games, adept, and advanced, you can't use more than one guy in the lower tournament

The first 3 World Tournament ranks are easy, but Cell Games are just a little bit harder. They make it harder to complete full fledged melee input commands, and they dodge your Ki blasts easier if you're not close enough to them.

yeah sorry i couldn't explain it better.. hmm.. say you're trying to unlock advanced, when you do adept don't use more than 1 character
