I think ssj3 Gotenks is overrated he is good at hand to hand combat but his special moves aren't all that great his ultimate attack is strong but easily countered (Instant transmission,death beam)

That's true Kid buu is my second best small character His Instant Transm. is killer when followed up by a F-move.

Kid Buu or SSJ Goten are the best IMO. They are very fast and have powerful attacks
