I heard that you can join the Hlaalu House in Balmora and get your own house. Is this true? And if so, how do I get it?

there is another way of getting a house but you have to be willing to get a price on your head and if your ok with that then kill the owner of the building then the house becomes yours.

just kill someone and take their house. its the best and easiest thing to do.

NOTE: don't try to take a house with a guard in it.

you can alost get ur own house by doing bloodmoon quets on goty edition and become blodskaal and get hte guys house that wants ice manes wife lol and hte house even says Blodskaal's Hut (hte skaal give you the name Blodskaal from dong quests for them)

You dont have to be the highest rank to get a house in one of the Great Houses, in Hlaalu I was only rank of house cousin. Also its not a house, its a fortress that you can buy sell and trade in and you have guards... so it better do do house missions but harder.

Mine is 400 ft. by 400ft. ( thats the most its alowed to build.

you can do the Telyvany or Redoran houses for it too but I personaly prefer Hallua.

I have like at lest one house in each city. I just get the people mad at me so they will attack me first and I can kill them without going to jail and then there house is mine. Lagally!

ive had it for a month and im a one-hitter and i am only lvl 16 just get soultrap,fortify attruibe(not skill) thne make a spell fortify attruibe then choose strength 100 to 100 for 1 sec on self, then soultrap for 2 secounds on target then keep casting it till u have 1 hit kil.
