as far as i know, there is no way to get ur skills permenantly over 100. the best i can say about it is that u can can have enchanted items with constant effect that can boost ur skills, though they are damned expensive to make and need golden saint or ascended sleeper souls.

Yep, you can, give it a go. It's quite cool. My favourite is constant effect light and night eye on my pants and shirt, so i can do stuff at night, and i can see in dungeons really easily.

I forgot to say that i can't actually make them myself, i have to custom make and buy them off an enchanter. Costs about 70 grand plus to make constant effect enchantments, depending on what they are and how strong they are.

There is a way to premanently increase your skills far far past 100, its called a 'perma' spell, if you look for it online there are people out there that explain exactly how to do use one. you'll find you have to know a spell that can increase a skill, (they can be bought in mornhold) right at first 'perma' spells are really really cool, then after the 10 seconds of excitement wears off, it kind of screws up the rest of the game since now what is the point of getting some sweet weapon when you could concivable get your strength so high that you could kill anything in one hit with a rusty dagger.

Hey Thanx, Out of curiosity did you look into perma spells or did you decide to avoid them?

I actually looked into them, but I got kinda confused... so someday I'll prolly use them (seeing that i have every skill to 100 and want them higher...)... but their a bit confusing for now, I'm probably gonna try them in a while.... infact, i might even try them right now... idk... =P

By the way you'll also need to know the soul trap spell for a 'perma' spell. I let a friend borrow my game for awhile and I just got it back, and in retro spec I have to take back my critique of 'perma' spells I have one that makes me go 'permanently' faster and one that makes me 'permanently' slower so if I'm traveling I can go faster til I get into a town then slow down so I don't accidently steal something when I'm trying to talk to a trader, or keep running past the person I'm trying to talk to.

heh even though this is a month old, the spells are used alot, i can't remember the exact detail but its the way where u can make a perment bound long sword and bow/dagger armor yada yada, course with those there isn't a way to remove it.. also u can do a permement summoing, (keep a summon with u till its killed), anyways the computer version u can use a "cheat" to edit ur stats to way higher than 100 (just watch it the higher ur str the faster ur weapons break -_-) personly the computer version is better than xbox.. but there isn't a forum for it...

I've got the hang of perma spells now... they're great! and to make them go away, i think you just have to use Hircine's Ring and the effects will go bye bye.... =/

This needs to get back on topic. And checkmateman, double posting is posting a comment (ex" what is double post") and then posting another one right after that. Someone else must say something before you post again. And no, it is not available on the 360. Also, there is a way to get some skills over level 100. This is for weapon skills. This only works in the regular edition also, not GOTY. Buy a bound weapon spell such as bound longsword. Cast the spell and then I think you have to press X and the right and left triggers. You have to press them all at the same time. If you do this correctly it will make a switching weapons sound but your weapon will never switch. This raises you skill four that weapon by about 100 every 3 seconds. My longblade is about 16,000. You can do this glitch for any bound weapon spell you can buy. Also, just so you know, there is no real point in getting them over 100 since it does nothing, it is just like being level 100.
