Fortify Maximum Magicka? | Elder Scrolls 3: Morrowind Forums

Hey does anyone know if there is any fortify maximum magicka spells? I'm level 63 and i've only got 125 magicka, so i was wondering if there was any way to get more, and in the Morrowind booklet thing you get with the game it mentions a "fortify maximum magicka" effect. Iv'e never seen this spell anywhere.

there are some spells i think. Although I don't know where... but if your looking for more magicka, you should get the Mantle of Woe. it gives you 5x your normal amount of magicka.

Hehe, it is an awesome artifact. However, I was hoping that I could get the spell somewhere so I can enchant some items with it myself (so it doesn't have all those side effects!)
