You can collect money, go and see how high you can get your multiplier, master evrything. That is all I can think of. Oh, and you can buy houses.

Some of them are hard to get, like the silver key one in the Guild if oyu don't do the silver key glitch. Anyway, I still say just killing things is pretty much all that is left to do.
