No, he's always bad. He's only good for finding stuff, and most of the time, you can get at it with a high enough lockpick, or simply doing it yourself. Heck, when I was going somewhere once, Dogmeat though it'd be a good idea to fight half a dozen or so Raiders all by himself. When I turned around, he was gone, and five seconds later, I recived a message that he'd been killed.

Anyways with my first character I was very good. With my second character I was evil (I blew up Megaton). And with my third character I am neutral, although I became evil to get Jericho.

You actually wasted your time putting that mutt in oasis? Well I can't say anything since I threw him off Rivet City into the Potomac. ( this is off topic but I just wanted to say that this game helped me on a history test. It asked which river the capital was located near and I thought of Fallout 3 and i got it right

It would be cool that if you killed a person like a follower or Simms that you could give them a burial and get good karma or something like that.

They already have fatalities. Everything that dies in VATS I consider a Fatality. Especailly with the Bloody Mess perk.

No if you kill a good karma person by accident or on purpose you give them kinda a funeral and get some good karma back.

Or, if you killed a bad character by mistake, to get some bad karma back, you could tear off their head and tear their spine out to use as a weapon :D

I would like to know what you were really gonna say. Yeah ripping people's spines out and using them as swords would be awesome. Tear off a head and shoot it out of the Rock-It Launcher would be awesome too.

What I was originally going to say was a play off of a joke made on X-Play. I was going to say that you could tear off their heads and then s*** down their necks.
And you can shoot the body parts you find in gore bags with the Rock-It Launcher.
