I think that's what they say, the quote in MY bible is a bit different:
Then he said to me, "It is done! I am the Alpha and the Omega, the beginning and the end. To the thirsty I will give water as a gift from the spring of the water of life."

You know....I was searching for it on Wikipedia.....and it's NOT ON THERE!! I was surprised.
My Xbox is out and I needed to know. It's fixed now. I finally looked and it's in my siggy.

No, he didn't. That post is irrelevent, this forum is about Fallout 3, the question asked by the author was about a bible quote that was linked to the plot.
