Well, Since there will be no more DLC's, and playing the game over and over again will most likely get boring, tell us your best moments in Fallout, whether it would be bad, good, or just plain funny. Until then, we wait for New Vegas.
Point Lookout Hallucinations - The bobbleheads, your mother's skeleton, Moira's body, the saw, the bomb all merge together to form one big mind f***, of which no game has even come close to.
5, 4, 3, 2, 1, we have Deathclaw liftoff - Friggin' HILARIOUS.
One of the best moments of the game. Go into the Dunwhich Building and start to make your way though it. Eventually, you make it to one door in particular. Open it up, and for a moment, there will be a sort of flashback. You'll see the building as it was before the war just briefly as the door opens. Inside the room, you'll see a man, who turns to look at you. Then, at that moment you think he might say something, the game returns your to normal vision/time, and the man is replaced by a Glowing One. It was simply EPIC.
Also, the body in the White House sewers. There's a ramp on a car. On the other side of the car, there is a motorcycle, and there's a skeleton hanging from the lamp above the ramp. Also, there are a few empty whisky bottles strewn around the ground. Funny stuff.
But it wasn't supposed to go in depth, it was to just give that burst from the experience. If it had been longer, it'd feel like a cutscene, and no one wants that. I personally thought it was pretty damn cool.
It was like 3 seconds long. So either you're blind or you had the longest damn blink on the planet. If it was eight seconds long, what'd be the point? He'd turn, look at you, then what? Wave? Do a little tap dance rooutine? Show you the meaning of life? It was just supposed to be a brief mind f**k.
I liked finding the Giant Teddy bear behind the wall in the Array place. The Point Lookout drug trip was awesome. When I found the newspaper place in the DC ruins was awesome. Sniping the crazy guy with the alley full of explosives was awesome.
