Well, I decided to have a little killing spree in Megaton. Howevever, I killed the Confessor with The Dismemberer, and hit it again, where body parts went flying, but strangely, it made a sound like a grenade does under water, and the bubbles as well.
I tried this with another resident, but nothing extraordinary happened.
Any ideas?

It's a glitch. The game has a lot of them.
