I'm not collecting my gems and I should have at least 35 by now I'm on level 29 and this has been happening since level 20 like when u level up, get more hangers etc)(I used a couple to buy shelves) I tried contacting team lava through emails but they just blew me off. I tried deleting the game off my ipad and redownload it but even that didn't work.. Please help me!!!!!!!!
