Im always using different teams, but for me the best shooter is Lampard, from Chelsea.

In my season I'm Tottenham, and I either use Bojan or dos Santos. Dos Santos is rated 97 on mine, and his shooting accuracy and power is maximum, its pretty impossible to miss.
