Ok, I just submitted this today but since it takes forever to go through here is the cheat. When your in a battle and you wanna leave dont go to run away. Just hold L and R until the screen say sucsessful escape. This works 99.9% of the time.

P.S. your code...isnt much of a code...Ive failed on it 4 timez...out of the 15 timez I tried it...just to check and see if it was true...and guess what...thats ALOT lower than 99.9%

L and R at the same time is just a shortcut to do the run away option. A real escape (100% success rate) is to get an evoker to summon chocobo. You've got a 50% chance of doing run away and 50% of doing...pretty much nothing. Thieves can use flee for a higher success chance though.

Yet again, why would you run from a battle? I think the chocobo method is better, but the flee ability is an easier way.
