Well, actually, the storyline isn't too good.
It really just is those four people trying to find and protect the four crystals of the world. Not much else.

Yeah, don't expect much story wise. Play wise, it's a pretty good game.

You have to remember that this game was made over 15 years ago originally. Back then the gameplay was focused on just that, and not story.

the story line is... ehh ok if ure a big fan for the F.F. series, otherwise most impatient gamers just might give up on it because it just isnt interesting at sometimes, heck i fell asleep when i first played it because of the bad story line, but then that would be a wast of a christmas preasent would'nt it?

sure it is xD jut think of it this way... try to beat your old game file like thelength of time it took you to beat it or try to have lower lvls then when you beat it the first time
