well, keeping in mind that you may only send one per hour, to any one NPC at a time...
... you won't get any more than 1 reply from each NPC before you send mail to friends via wifi though

I didn't send any mail to my friends for about a week...
Im afraid that I will need to reset this file to get the Onion Knight, the Ultima Weapons and the Iron Giant Quest, and im already at lvl 89 -_-

before you do that I suggest you look at the troubleshooting guide at the end of the users manual to see if they say anything there...
