im wondering how to get a member that has a job hunter and how to get it.

To get a hunter you need to get an archer and give it two A-abilities. Then you can make it a Hunter. Learn Capture with the appropriate weapon, then go into battle against monsters. Weaken one, and Capture may work on it, but only about a 20% chance at best. The rest is up to luck.
