Uhm, wouldn't Reno, Rude and them count? If not, then no Palmer?

Reno, Rude, Elena and Tseng all survived the events of Final Fantasy VII (although I thought Tseng had died until I watched Final Fantasy VII: Advent Children). However, they are not Shinra executives.

No, Palmer survived. He just had very little screentime after disk 1.

Oh. Then no Heidegger! I know Reeve survived, he's Cait Sith. Obviously, Rufus survived. Wait a sec... *Mumbles* Carry the one... Yes!

Correct. Rufus, Reeve and Palmer are the survivors. I can see that you've watched Advent Children, since you know that Rufus survived.

(Have you seen the extended Blu-Ray edition of A. C.? I've heard that it's about 45 minutes longer with many loose plot ends tied up, so I would like to buy it myself)

Umm, I think you have one too many there.

Nope. Those are the three executives that survived, and all four Turks survived (I originally thought Tseng died in VII, though)

I thought Elena died? O_o In AC.

No. In the scene where Cloud meets up with Vincent in the Forgotten City, Vincent explains that he managed to save them several days after they were captured. They also later returned to cast the safety nets that rescued Rufus after he fell off the skyscraper.

Which character is the last of his race, yet somehow ends up having kids sometime between the events of Final Fantasy VII and the 500 years later scene after the credits?

I was goning to say Red XIII too.

It also shows that scene at the begining of A.C, I have Final Fantasy Children Complete and it is great lots of blood in the fight at the end
