The rules are basically like Rate the Sig/Avy above you. But this time, we rate the FFVII character above us. After we rate, we state another character. Ad it goes on from there.

Okay, so this doesn't end up being moved to Forum Games, how about we add a little info as to why we gave the score we did? It would certainly increase interest in the thread, too.

Okay, I rate Vincent 7/10. Cool character, but not the best of teammates in battle thanks to his limit breaks.

Next - Rufus Shinra (I'm assuming non-playable characters can be added, considering there are only nine playable characters)

(Let's do that. xD)

8/10. He's just awesome.

8/10. Never played FFVII CC, but I still think he's a cool guy. Cloud is better though. xD

Good character, and a good teammate, but the materia thing was a little annoying, and she acted a little too childish in Advent Children.

Next - The guy at the Gold Saucer who gives you 30 GP for completing the House of Mog game in the Wonder Square

Chocobo sage: 3/10, forgetfully useless. Though I did already have my Chocobo breeding guide anyway, I didn't need him

Heaven's Cloud - It's someone who appears in the game, so technically he is a character.

Mr_Darkside - Double post deleted. In future, please try to refrain from quoting more than one post, as everything you wanted to say could have gone in one post. Double posting is permitted if at least one of the posts is quoting something, but only posting once looks neater. And that guy is never named. He has no influence on the story whatsoever.

7onewingedangel7 - 7/10, some of them mutter the biggest amount of nonsense ever, which is rather humorous.
