They have confirmed the remake of FFVII. I found it on some site. It will be released in November sometime. I personally think it's cool, but I still love the original.

There has been no confirmation of a remake only confirmation that there will not be a remake and that's official confirmation from Square themselves. If you have a link to this site then post it for everyone else to see as long as it is not a competitor site.
