ok i can't figure out how to get nemises and without him i can't fight the dark aeons and yes i already have cought all 10 feinds in every area

I think you might need to defeat every extra enemy that is created after catching all of the enemies in an area, also you can only fight dark aeons if you have the international version, I am pretty sure it has nothing to do with nemiesis.

Yes pimp6005 you are absolutly right! and as for nemises... you can only fight him on the internation verson, believe me because i've got both versons. But after you beat all the dark aeons you can find a extra boss in the farplain...

Right first of all, to fight Nemesis you must : Catch 10 of every find in the whole game (that can be caught) and when you have all of them you must defeat all of the 'Original Creations' and then you will be able to fight Nemesis.
Second, I don't know why people say Penance is in the Farplane...HE IS IN THE CALM LANDS!!!!!! Anyway to fight Penance you must defeat EVERY Dark Aeon. Yojimbo you have to fight and defeat five times in a row. And Ixion you have to fight twice. Here are the locations for all 8 (10 if you count the Magus Sisters as 3) Dark Aeons.
Valefor : Entrance to besaid, just go to the gates.
Ifrit : Where Home used to be, when you get there an Al Bhed
will talk to you select 'yes' to agree to look for her
child go north and the battle will begin.
Ixion : Thunder Plains North, walk up to the soldier under the
lightning rod tower.
Shiva : Entrance to the Temple Of Yevon-Macalania, A.K.A Macalania
Temple.
Bahamut : Where you fought Yunalesca, Zanakand, The Beyond. (Star
Field)
Anima : Go to the first trial of Mt.Gagazet, Wakka's Ball. This
time its a hell of a lot harder. Do it and she will appear
at the Gates Of Gagazet.
Yojimbo : The Cavern Of The Stolen Fayth. Go to were you got Yojimbo
and then go south, towards the Save Sphere. And Yojimbo's
Summoner will appear and you will have to fight Dark
Yojimbo. Chase his summoner and you will have to fight him
another four times. Five in all.
Magus
Sisters : Go to the Mushroom Rock and you will see a mother and child
near the road to the command center. Run into them and a fat
person will appear, then you will have to fight them.
Penance : You will now see a cut scene over the Calm Lands. You can
now select Penance from the Airship as a location.
Phew..... Took like 10 mins that did......( I type fast)

You need to defeat Lady Yunalesca first before they will show up and you need the europe version to have them in the game at all
Also when you defeat Ixion the first time you will have to find him again but this time when the lightining hits the floor Ixion will appear and you will have to fun into him to fight him again and he will fight abit different from the last time you fought him

you dnot need to defeat nemesis to find the dark aeons. and nemesis is in both versions. if you cant find the dark aeons, you wont have the PAL or International versions
