Blitzball in general

I didnt see anyone else on here talking about blitzball and I enjoy that part of the game a lot (even though i'm terrible at it) Does anyone have any good strategies for playing blitzball or know where good free agents are to be signed? (any other general knowledge about blitzball, it's history etc would also be nice to know)

To get the Best players go to Luca and go towards to the outside of pub area and there is a man seating on a bench called Jamal hire him because he is the best goalie also go to the calm lands and go all the way to the end of the calm lands by the huge scar in the land and there is a woman there I think called Svanda? hire her because she is one of the best players in the game also go to the Calm Lands shop and hire the female Al Bhed shop owner also hire Wakka to your team in the airship and the last best player is ??? I cant remember you will have to find out that by yourself or maybe someone else could tell you

Yeah, Jumal's a pretty good keeper. Zev Ronso's also pretty good, he's on Luca Dock 5 (or maybe Dock 4... can't quite remember). As for strategies... well, try passing a lot to get more EXP. When you want to get serious, just pass the ball to Tidus. With just about any keeper other than Nimrook, the Jecht Shot is pretty much guaranteed to get through, even at range. Of course, you have to get it first, but that's not too hard, I find. Failing that, Sphere Shot's pretty good if you can get through the defenders.

Yeah the Jecht shot is awesome and easy to get. Especially when you get the higher level Jecht shots.

Isn't there only one?

Yeah but there are diffrent levels, like Jecht shot 2, 3, etc unto 4 I think. either that or they where diffrent moves with the same name Jecht in them. Not sure I haven't played Blitzball in a while.

I thought there was only the Jecht Shot 1&2... I might be wrong though.

Yeah 1&2 I think as well but there were other moves with Jecht in them. I remember 'cause Tidus in his skill thingy like 6 of them. I was all like damn!? WTF?

Oh... well, I'll have to look out for them then.

I think there was like Jecht pass and Jecht block or something around those terms and like a Jecht gold shot. I forgot.

Oh... never heard of those before. As I say, I'll just have to look out for them.

Lol it has always been that way there are Skin settings up at the top left corner. White is just default.
